I've led teams to redesign websites and build email marketing campaigns that drive revenue and communicate effectively with customers.

I have extensive experience working with print collateral and coordinating with printers. In the last decade I've designed promotional postcards, invitations, multiple formats of brochures, books, signage, bus decals, tshirts, stickers, etc. I've managed an online company store and worked with a vendor to brand products and clothing, giving me a unique understanding of material and application.

I've taken on a leadership role for 2 major website redesigns, including louisberger.com and the Webby Award winning website, spymuseum.org. I was project manager on the client side of the International Spy Museum website redesign and worked closely with key stakeholders to ensure we stayed on schedule and on budget. I then maintained the content management system once the site was redesigned. 

I also have experience in email marketing and creating effective campaigns to increase click rates and generate revenue. For example, I worked with SPY to develop a welcome series campaign and rejuvenate the museum weekly newsletter. I blended current events, new products available in the museum store, and exhibit highlights to help increase sales and drive visitors to the new site through dynamic, engaging information.
